The hotel is personable and everything is clean throughout. Its location is unbeatable and awesome, very close to the convention center. The Galleria, restaurants, the stadium, and the harbor area are all within walking distance. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, making the check-out process smooth and restful.

We stayed here for 1 night, the hotel was delightful and personable, had IDEAL location near Browns stadium. The room was impressive and updated, offered a fridge, coffee and tea making facilities, and a sitting area. The attached restaurant for breakfast was the best part. Appreciated our time at the property, thanks.

Great location, just a quick 5-minute walk from a huge museum 🏛. Our room was a good size with a TV, amazing views, and a super comfy large bed.

Great room setup with an open bathroom, including a hairdryer, walk-in shower, and comfy bathrobes. Easy check-in process and the option for late check-out! 🌟

The hotel didn't have much to offer as far as eating or a gift shop. Our room was not at all what I expected from the advertisement. On our first nights stay, the fire alarm went of at 2:45 am and we had to evacuate down 18 flights of stairs, sit out in the rain and we did not see one hotel employee to tell us the status. That same morning, the alarm went off again at 6:45 am! The next evening, we got back into out room at about 8:00 pm, only to realize that the ac was broken. We finally called the front desk, they informed us that the ac would not be fixed until Friday. This was on a Tuesday night! 11:00 pm, we were frantically looking for a hotel and got lucky with the last room at the Embassy Suites down the street. Very nice hotel. I would stay there again...

The hotel had a great view of Lake Erie. It was in a convenient location, within walking distance, of restaurants, bars, and Progressive Field.

The bathrooms were a little out-dated and could use some work.

Conveniently located near a cool outdoor sculpture that you can check out 🎨. The service here is top-notch, and the food is really delicious.

Booked a king room online. When we got to hotel they told us it was 2 doubles we had booked and we had to pay $20 more for an upgrade to get a king. Not happy.

I always stay here when in Cleveland. The staff are esp[ecially friendly, the room service is fantastic, and the free shuttle taxi within 5 miles is a lifesaver.

I didn't like the bedpost that stuck up and always seemed to catch my thigh.
